Fermin Martin and his wife, Victoriana Gomez started this business in 1956. Their products have conquered the most demanding international markets.

FERMIN started exporting in the ‘90s. We were the first Spanish producer of iberico products to meet the most demanding quality standards to be able to export to foreign markets.
In 1995 we undertook the project to change our entire infrastructure to meet and pass USDA standards. Then in 2005 we became the first Spanish company to obtain access to the US market. Afterwards came Singapore, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Australia… Today FERMIN carries the jewel of Spanish gastronomy, Iberico pork products, to five continents. You want it, you got it!
FERMIN is the most awarded Spanish food company in the US. The Sofi awards are known as the Oscars of the food Industry, and we have won many of these gold statues.
We also count on awards from the National Restaurant Association and an Iron Chef America program dedicated solely to our Iberico products.
